Phobia or Reality - The widely trumpeted threat of famine.

In a world filled with excess food, 20 million people are on the brink of famine. Millions of earthlings are facing starvation across East Africa and Yemen as earth encounters an unprecedented famine threat.

The United Nations says the world faces it's biggest humanitarian crisis since the seizure of WW II. Thomas Malthus theory on Population as it relates resources doesn't seem to hold much water from resent researches by botanists.

Here in West Africa, the execrable aforementioned phenomenon of famine stares countries in the face sarcastically, the so called Phobia they say was brought on by the 2012 Sahel drought. Famine no longer lies in obscurity as it currently looms in four different African countries in the likes of Kenya and Somalia among others, and 12 million people are being traumatized by this food insecurity.

According to the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) "25 billion tonnes of soil are washed into the water bodies each year, while more greater harm is done by the wind as it blows the top layers of other drier areas. By estimation, about $25,000,000 USD will be required to resolve the world erosion calamities. So now is this really a phobia or Reality? Do we ought to continue in ignorance or fight alongside mother nature to curb out this itch? What says thou?
